WHY the fall
HOME & INTERIOR DESIGN SHOW
is COOL!
#1. In an improving economy, this event is
perfectly timed to stimulate homeowner
planning and home improvement - either
before Christmas with new furniture, fresh colour and window treatments perhaps, or for laying the
groundwork for a spring renovation.
#2. Perfectly positioned as the ONLY home show
in the fall season, it’s been more than 6 months since
homeowners have had the opportunity to use this kind
of event to resource decisions made in the summer.
#3. Manufacturers, designers, and contractors
all know that the fall season is really a launching pad for
the next new product, design trend and technology.
What better way to do it than at the Home & Interior
Design Show. October 1-3, 2010 at the Expo Centre. |

"Make It Right™"
Mike Holmes became a household name by showing homeowners how to "Make It Right™".

Mike Holmes is a Canadian celebrity contractor on HGTV who helps homeowners by fixing botched up renovation jobs. His shows are broadcast internationally.
Holmes on Homes was first aired on HGTV Canada in 2001 and it has been gaining international popularity over the past few years. Most home renovation shows are targeted at teaching homeowners how to do a job. Mike Holmes shows the audience what went wrong with the job and the steps he takes to do the job efficiently and according to building code.
Mike just a while back helped re-build a community hit with disaster. The Ninth Ward in New Orleans, as part of a project with the 'Make It Right Foundation.'
And again recent disaster in Haiti demands rebuilding, and Mike Holmes, the building and TV personality, believes he's just the man to do it. "I'm looking for the chance to get to Haiti," Holmes said, saying Canadians don't need to be concerned about whether the money will go to the right place. |

GREENER
Today’s marketplace is not only producing more sustainable products, but a significantly more informed consumer. It’s that ‘greener’ state of mind that triggers homeowners and home buyers to appreciate and ask for better, greener products.
SMARTER
Teaching the old dog new tricks is no longer the mantra of today’s builder, home improver or manufacturer as a more sophisticated marketplace demands a higher level of training by the industry. Smart business managers know and continue to emphasize that highly qualified professionals are still the key to a successful business.
MORE INNOVATIVE
The evolution and improvement of existing products and the development of a whole new level of technology in new products is always in front of consumers.
MAKE IT HAPPEN
The place to showcase all of these greener, smarter and more innovative products is at the 2010 HOME SHOW.
Make it happen for your company. |
